At Oracle Marketer, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, SEO, and omnichannel marketing services. By purchasing our services, you agree to this refund policy.

Non-Refundable Services

Once payment is made and an agreement is signed, all service fees are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for work that has already commenced or been completed, except in cases covered by our guarantee as stated in your service agreement.​

Guaranteed Service Clause

If your agreement with Oracle Marketer includes a specific guaranteed service delivery, and we fail to meet the promised results within the agreed timeframe, we will extend the service period free of charge until the guaranteed outcome is achieved. Refunds will NOT be issued except in such guaranteed cases as defined in your signed agreement.​

No Refunds for Change of Mind

No refunds will be given for change of mind, or if the client decides to terminate the project after payment and commencement of work.

Project Delays & Force Majeure

If project delays occur due to client-side issues (such as lack of feedback, incomplete information), the refund policy does not apply and no refunds will be provided.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe Oracle Marketer has not delivered as per the service guarantee, please contact our support team in writing. We will review your claim and, if substantiated according to your agreement, extend the service as outlined above.

Oracle Marketer may revise this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any changes.
